Consultancy for the Elaboration of a Study on the calculation of cost - optimal levels for minimum energy performance requirements for buildings in accordance with Article 5 of Directive 2010/31/EU on the energy efficiency of buildings
The scope of the Convention is to provide services for the calculation of the cost-optimal energy efficiency levels for new buildings; and building units, for existing buildings subject to large-scale renovation, as well as for elements of the building being replaced or retrofitted, in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 244/2012.
